What you need to do next

If required, please ensure that your mortgage application is up to date and in order, before you decide to view or make any offers on a property, we can offer mortgage advice and put you in touch with our local & trusted financial advisors if required.

Choosing a solicitor - This next step is very important & the success of a nice & simple purchase begins with choosing the right solicitor, we can offer advice on local solicitors, who we have dealt with many times & trust completely. Alternatively your financial adviser may be able to guide you in the right direction, this will allow you to start the ball rolling and get the show on the road!

Please ensure you return all documentation that is sent to you from your solicitor as quickly as possible.

Surveys - You will need to decide whether or not you would like to have a survey carried out on the property, if you are purchasing using a mortgage then this is a requirement. If you need any more guidance in relation to having a survey please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be able to give the contact information for several local surveyors.
